It seems I have been tagged again (thanks mayor of crazytown)! And since I can't stand the thought of anyone thinking BAD about me, even cyber friends I've never met!...I'm playing along! And if you don't want me to think BAD about you...you'll play along too!

3 obsessions: the step counter on my cell phone! (that thing is so addicting, I've been tempted to walk around the block before bed if I haven't met my daily goal!)

3 random facts: I spent 2 1/2 weeks in Greece with my mom just a couple months before getting married. This will always stand out in my mind as one of the most special and memorable trips ever! I got to share a dream with my mom that she had had all her life! She rocked as a tour guide!

I moved out on my own at age 15...I had to lie about my age in order to get hired at Emporium Capwells (dept store like Macy's), I said I was 16 so I'd be "legal".

When I was little, I wanted to get my beautician's license to support myself through law school! HA!

5 things I was doing 10 years ago- I was mom to 2 sweet boys ages 3 and 1 1/2

worked for Westbay Properties earning FREE rent and utilities and medical insurance for the fam!

Busy helping at Sunshine Preschool...a co-op deal that I personally loved. My friend called it Nazi Germany.

Swimming daily at the apartments (I was much thinner 10 yrs ago), and visiting the beach often!

Gearing up for the fall scrapbooking trip to the desert! We (scrapbook buddies and I) headed out to Palm Springs twice a year for 3 blissful days!

5 things on my to-do list- Finish cleaning out N's drawers!

Clean out the fridge.

Spray all the evil morning glory with weed killer!

Plan some freezer meals (and execute the plan!)

Read a good summer book! Anyone got one I can borrow?

5 favorite snacks/food- Diet Coke with red licorice nibs (you have to have them together, so I'm counting it as one!)

Seafood!!! especially shellfish! YUM! Fish tacos anyone?

German chocolate cake

My mom-in-laws' homemade rolls...yes, we make them too, but no one makes them like mom!

5 things I would do if I were a billionare- OWN a house and have NO DEBT...then help family own their houses and have no debt!

Take family trips; Disneyworld (goofy I know...), Hawaii, Alaska, and as many tropical-beachy places I could convince DH to visit!

Visit my brother at least 3 or 4 times a year...how many visits can you stand? As well as other family who live TOO far away on both coasts!

Buy all the clothes I want for Lyndie...I just LOVE girl clothes!

Hire a personal trainer and a housekeeper!

5 bad habits- staying up too late on my computer!

Eating too many carbs, and not enough fruit and veggies!

Procrastinating things I don't want to do (scrub toilets, dust, iron...you know the drill)

Being late to church...UGH!

Watching too much TV....(see my reality TV post!)

As a new blogger, this is my FIRST tag! And I had good

intentions to fulfill my obligation sooner, but the weather

has NOT been cooperative! Then I caught a nasty cold,

and can I just say it's not fair for a mom to get sick!

I think there should be a universal law of some sort

that makes us immune! UGH! But I digress...

The assignment was a simple one...take a picture out

your front door, and one out the back!

This shot is from my front porch,

at Lake Mountain. This whole mountainside

was on fire last year in July, causing my whole

street to be evacuated!

Looking out my back slider door (the future sight of a great big fabulous deck), across Utah Lake and into the Provo/Orem area. If you look closely, you can see the "Y" on the mtn!

I'm looking slightly north-east now, at Mt Timpanogas topped with rain and snow clouds. Even on "icky" days, this view is worth the drive! Looking more north, on a sunny day, you can see the Mt. Timpanogas Temple.
More north still, this is "point of the mtn" that as you pass, you leave Utah county, and enter Salt Lake County.
